ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Packages are dispatched from Italy, within a period of 1 to 15 working days after payment of the order.
The Seller shall not be held liable for any delayed or non-delivery due to a fortuitous cause or fact of the third party or an event beyond the Seller's control, which may make the performance of the contract impossible or more onerous, in whole or in part, or due to the acts of third parties such as the parties' suppliers, subcontractors, agents and representatives, or if the Customer fails to fulfil its commitments.
Unforeseeable circumstances also state of war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of obtaining provisions. The Seller shall keep the Buyer informed of the above events or incidents in good time.
Timely delivery of products shall only take place if the Buyer has fulfilled his obligations to the Seller. The delivery times stated in the order or the order summary are given in good faith as mere ordering terms. Delivery times are not in themselves an essential condition of the contract and the Seller shall not be liable to pay any compensation.
The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, riots, or partial or total strikes, in particular, of any means of transport services or couriers
A detailed invoice corresponding to the order, drawn up in the Customer's name, shall be attached with the order.
Return of products is only permitted for quality defects.
1. DELIVERY TIMES, METHODS and EXPENSES
The delivery terms of 4 days are indicative and are in no way binding on the Seller and in any case shall not exceed 30 days from receipt of the order confirmation from the customer. No liability can be ascribed to the Seller in the event of any delay in the execution of the order or in the delivery of what has been ordered.
For each order placed on the website; https://www.pugliaevo2.com the Seller shall issue a document accompanying the material shipped. For the issuance of the invoice or other fiscal document, the information provided by the Customer when placing the order shall be taken as the basis. After the invoice or other tax document has been issued, it shall not be possible to make any changes thereto.
Shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer and shall be clearly stated when placing the order, based on the Customer's country of origin. Nothing shall be owed by the Customer in addition to the order total.
Deliveries by courier are made during working hours, so it is preferable to enter an address where someone is always present for collection, otherwise the parcel will go into storage with consequent delay in delivery and possible charging of storage costs.
Delivery of ordered goods is intended to be made at street level.
Upon delivery of the Products, the Customer shall check
- that the packaging is intact and not altered, including the closing tapes.
In the event of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer shall immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the word "goods control reserve" on the delivery document received from the courier or other operator.
Subsequently, he/she shall report any damage within 2 (two) days from receipt of the Products in the manner provided by the operator chosen for shipment and/or delivery and/or by the operator.
Should the Customer fail to collect, within 2 (two) working days, the Products ordered and present in storage at the courier's warehouses, the Seller shall cancel the purchase order due to the impossibility of delivering the Products to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, charging the Customer for the costs of storage/warehousing of the Products. Since the goods delivered are foodstuffs and therefore perishable, the Customer shall not be refunded the amount already paid.
There shall be no delivery to the floor.
The Seller and The Seller disclaim any liability for non-delivery resulting from failure to collect, incorrect or incompletely entered address or other causes beyond their control.
ABSENCE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded via the https://www.pugliaevo2.com website.
AVAILABILITY
Sales offers are subject to product availability. If a product proves to be unavailable after the order has been validated, the Seller undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible, by e-mail or telephone. The Customer may then request cancellation of the order. When a refund is in order, the amount shall be credited to the Customer's credit card account within thirty days of cancellation.
